TRADING CONDITIONS

Libertex offers Multiplier and Leverage feature to help its clients achieve the best possible profitable profit.

Multiplier, as the name suggests, maximizes your capital. Aside from this, Libertex offers different leverage, depending on the asset class. Leverage allows you to trade with a more significant account balance. Hence, these two (2) key features will be favorable for investors and traders who are looking to build their balance. However, caution is best when using multiplier and leverage, as it may magnify both the profits and losses.

Here is the list of asset class and their leverage:

  • 30:1 for major currency pairs (3.33% margin)
    USD/JPY, GBP/USD, EUR/USD, USD/CHF, AUD/USD, NZD/USD and USD/CAD
  • 20:1 for minor currency pairs, and also major indices, for only 5% margin.
    EUR/AUD, GBP/JPY, EUR/GBP, NZD/JPY, CHF/JPY, GBP/CAD
  • Also, 10:1 for commodities other than minor indices and gold, the margin is 10%.
Agriculture, Metal, Oil, and Minor Index
  • 5:1 for individual equities and other reference values (20% margin).
    Stock and Major Index
  • 2:1 for cryptocurrencies (50% margin).
    Bitcoin and Altcoin

Aside from leverage, investors and traders must be aware of the margin and free margin of their account. Margin refers to the total amount used when trading a specific asset.

Example

Let’s assume your account balance is €10,000, and you want to invest €200 in USD/JPY pair with 500 multipliers. Once you open the trade, your margin will be computed as follows:

  1. Amount invested * Multiplier / Leverage = Margin
  2. 200*500*1/30 = Margin
  3. €3,333 = Margin

On the other hand, free Margin is computed as follows:

  1. Account Balance – Used Margin = Free Margin
  2. €10,000 – €3,333= Free Margin
  3. €6,667= Free Margin

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS

Libertex offers a 100% compensation bonus to all new clients only on their first deposit. The minimum amount required to open a real account is USD 10. However, only the first deposits of USD 100 and above gets the 100% bonus.

Also, the training is just for a new trader to understand the basics concepts of the Libertex platform. Besides, the videos are short and clear. However, they are not meant to introduce Forex and CFD Education to a novice.

In addition, the online broker provides its clients with Market Research that comes in the form of technical analysis and a news bar. Additionally, the website features news updates on a daily basis.

However, unfortunately, there are no calculators or economic calendar.

LIBERTEX TRADING EXPERIENCE

In addition, we can say that Libertex is best suited for beginner or intermediate traders without a complex trading style. Besides, expert traders that perform high-level trading and require a lot of technical analysis will not find the Libertex platforms as complex or advantageous as the MT5.

Libertex Review: CONCLUSION

Libertex offers a similar account, asset, platform, conditions, and payment options, just like other trading firms. However, not all these companies can last 22 years, just like Libertex.

At the same time, the local and international awards it gained through the years proved that the company was exceptional. Its efforts to develop its trading platform is commendable. Also, it only suggests that the company is looking forward to providing its clients with the best service it can give.
