Crypto-Confidence Index Poll and European Countries

On Wednesday, bitFlyer Europe released the results of its second annual Crypto-Confidence Index poll. This poll shows that people across Europe that cryptocurrencies will continue to exist in 10 years’ time.

Interestingly, bitFlyer Europe conducted this survey by using Google Surveys. Moreover, 10,000 respondents from 10 European countries took part in this survey. According to this survey out of 10,000, more precisely 66% of them believe that crypto will continue to exist even after several years.

Also, compared with the previous Crypto-Confidence Index, the number of participants who believe in crypto rose from 63% to 66%. Moreover, this demonstrates the growing confidence in cryptocurrencies despite the economic impact of the coronavirus pandemic.

The coronavirus pandemic continues to affect the global economy. The number of confirmed cases reached millions. The U.S. has the largest number of confirmed cases. However, European countries such as Italy as well as Spain, France, and others are also struggling to cope with the ongoing crises.

The government of Germany plans to spend billions of euros to help the local economy. As a reminder, Germany has the largest economy in Europe.

Crypto-related survey and interesting facts

The result of this survey conducted by bitFlyer Europe contains several interesting facts. For example, Italy which is one of the most affected countries in the European Union was found to be the most optimistic country regarding the future of cryptocurrencies.

Almost three quarter 72% of the respondents from this country believe that cryptocurrencies will continue to exist is some in 10 years’ time.

The second and third place belongs to the Netherlands and Poland. For example, 70% of the participants from the Netherlands also believe in cryptocurrencies. Moreover, the third-place belongs to Poland, as in the case of the Netherland, 70% fo the respondents share this viewpoint.

Nevertheless, when it comes to the country with a different opinion, U.K. respondents were revealed to be the least confident.
