European Subsidiary of bitFlyer integrated PayPal Deposits

bitFlyer is one of the largest Japanese cryptocurrency exchanges. On September 21, they announced an integration with the global payments platform PayPal. As a result, PayPal’s millions of European users have the opportunity to deposit funds to the bitFlyer Europe platform to buy cryptocurrencies in a safe and secure manner.

The integration with the internet payment giant is a step forward when it comes to closing the gap between the fiat and cryptocurrency world for European users. It is worth noting that, bitFlyer Europe already supports wire card transfers. However, it takes one to three days for clearance. Nevertheless, the integration with PayPal is expected to make deposits almost instantaneous.

Importantly, users will now be able to directly deposit euros to their wallet to trade cryptocurrencies. People should take into account that bitFlyer charges no handling or processing costs on top of the fees charged by PayPal.

bitFlyer and European users

PayPal is a world-famous company that has a worldwide user base of more than 340 million. Moreover, PayPal handles almost 35% of all eCommerce transactions in Europe. Thus, it may expose many European netizens to bitFlyer exchange as well as for cryptocurrencies in general.

Interestingly, the European subsidiary is working on other ways to make cryptocurrency trading more accessible and secure. It is worth mentioning that, bitFlyer works a lot to expand into the U.S. and Europe. It has the chance to achieve formidable results.

Importantly, bitFlyer is the only cryptocurrency exchange regulated in Japan, Europe, and the U.S. The history of its European subsidiary goes back to 2018. bitFlyer, Inc. is the owner. As stated above, it is one of the largest Japanese cryptocurrency exchanges. This fact once more underlines its importance. The integration with PayPal is a big step forward, as it will be easier to make cryptocurrencies more popular in Europe. Consequently, bitFlyer will be able to attract new customers.
