UAE Becomes Home to New Metaverse Headquarters

UAE Ministry of Economy has new offices in the Metaverse. The UAE Ministry of Economy’s most recent entry into the Metaverse is the disclosure of a “third address” in a virtual setting.

The Ministry of Economy of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has announced a new headquarters in the Metaverse, accessible to everyone around the globe.

According to reports, UAE Minister of Economy Abdulla bin Touq Al-Marri made the declaration on September 28 during the Dubai Metaverse Assembly. The minister conducted a live tour of the virtual headquarters before stating that this is not a proof-of-concept and that this is our third address.

What Do the New Headquarters Include?

The headquarters will include several stories, each with a different purpose. Visitors will be able to interact with a “customer happiness center worker,” who will then enter the Metaverse by purchasing a ticket. Along with the ministry’s two present facilities in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, the new headquarters will allow it to increase its use of digital services by directives from UAE leadership.

Signatories can sign legally binding documents online at the virtual headquarters. Hence, this will eliminate their need to be physically at one of their locations. The corporate headquarters also include an auditorium for virtual conferences and other events and conference rooms with screen-sharing features.

The declaration follows the government of Dubai’s announcement of its Metaverse plan on July 18. By 2030, the initiative hopes to create 40,000 virtual jobs and help the government achieve its objective of doubling the number of current blockchain companies.
