Cryptocurrency Exchange, Bitcoin, and Post Offices

Bitcoin is one of the most well-known cryptocurrencies in the world. Moreover, people around the globe know about this cryptocurrency. One cryptocurrency exchange from Australia decided to make life easier for its customers.

According to the announcement, customers of Bitcoin.com.au will be able to pay for Bitcoin at more than 3,500 Australian post offices. Thanks to a collaboration between the cryptocurrency exchange and Australian Post Corporation people can pay for this cryptocurrency across the country. As a reminder, Australia is one of the largest countries in the world in terms of area.

The firm’s CEO made a comment regarding this collaboration. According to Holger Arians, the new payment option will make some people more comfortable with buying crypto. Importantly, for many people, paying for crypto at an Australia Post office feel safer compared to transferring funds online. Moreover, for the people who are buying crypto for the first time, it is better to pay for Bitcoin at the office. This collaboration underlines the fact that Australia Post is open to new technologies.

Bitcoin around the world

It is worth mentioning that customers of Bitcoin.com.au also have the opportunity to pay for Bitcoin at 1500 retail outlets in the Blueshyft payment network. Interestingly, Blueshyft also services numerous other exchanges.

Hopefully, cryptocurrencies step-by-step became part of everyday life. More and more physical locations are now offering the opportunity for customers to purchase cryptocurrencies.

Interestingly, there are more than 8,000 Bitcoin automated teller machines around the world. They are located in 73 countries allowing users to buy and sell Bitcoin and altcoins for cash. Moreover, 6,000 of them are in the United States.

Additionally, it is possible to buy Bitcoin for cash at more than 20,000 retail locations across the United States, including 7-Eleven, CVS, and Rite Aid. Hopefully, the crypto industry is evolving and in the future, it will be easier to pay for crypto.
