FxPro Introduces Crypto CFDs to cTrader Platform.

Broker News

On Friday, FxPro, an online forex broker, announced that it had included cryptocurrency trading in its cTrader accounts. The feature enables traders to access cTrader accounts and create new ones under their profiles.

BTC, ETH, and XRP Available

FxPro now supports Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Ripple (XRP) on cTrader, along with 28 cryptocurrency contracts for differences (CFDs) available for 24/7 trading. The company also mentioned lowering the spreads for these added crypto assets.

FxPro previously introduced weekend cryptocurrency trading on its FxPro Edge CFD, FxPro MT4, and FxPro MT5 accounts, allowing clients to manage their crypto positions even during high-volatility weekends.

The weekend service launch coincided with increasing digital asset adoption. FxPro noted that the move was in response to growing client demand for crypto trading. Since then, the firm has added CFDs for over 2,000 globally traded stocks.

Serving Retail and Institutional Customers

Established in 2006, FxPro provides trading services to retail and institutional clients and has expanded to more than 170 countries worldwide. FxPro’s offerings include CFDs across six asset classes: forex, shares, spot indices, futures, spot metals, and spot energy.

The brokerage has been approved by regulators in multiple jurisdictions, including the UK’s Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) since 2007. FxPro has been under the supervision of South Africa’s Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) since 2015.

FxPro continues to expand its global presence, with offices in London, Monaco, and the Bahamas. The broker opened a new branch in the United Arab Emirates last year.
