Ukraine received $37M in crypto donations – The number of crypto donations sent to the Ukrainian government, military, and charities. These include Bitcoin, Ether, Tether, and other altcoins. The largest recipient of crypto donations appears to be the Ukrainian Reserve Fund, backed by the country’s native cryptocurrency exchange. According to the official Telegram channel, the business has attracted about $13 million in cryptocurrencies for Ukraine, mostly BTC, ETH, and USDT.

Come Back Alive, a non-governmental organization, received more than $7.2 million in BTC donations to the wallet. This includes previous, albeit minor, contributions he received during the war in Donbas, which began in 2014. UkraineDAO sells NFT flags to fund Ukrainian civil society organizations. Currently, the highest price on the NFT is $2.89 million.

Ukraine and Crypto Donations

In addition, blockchain community activists have created the Unchain Fund to help Ukraine. The initiative supports the abundance of altcoins. These include Binance Coin, Binance USD, NEAR, and more. Since its inception, the foundation has raised more than $1.5 million in cryptocurrencies, primarily through NEAR token donations. According to the statements, money is being collected for food, medicine, evacuation, repair needs, and clothing.

Crypto enthusiasts are also urging the Ukrainian government to expand its acceptance of cryptocurrency donations to other Altcoins. The co-founder of Ethereum said on Twitter that it is essential to be careful about the link’s authenticity while active, as there are significant fraud cases.
